What is your CBD dose strength SWEET SPOT?

    Date: 2017-12-28

One of the most challenging things for many people just starting out with a CBD products is learning about how much you should be taking. We are here to help you find that sweet spot when it comes to your CBD Dose! Finding the perfect dose can take some time, as every person and condition is very different. We typically recommend to begin with our sublingual oils/tinctures. The oils/tinctures are the most effective for finding your perfect dose because you can increase and decrease very easily. We recommend to be in the comfort of your own home with no where to go for the first time. CBDs may make you relax or even feel drowsy. For your first dose, begin with a quarter or half a dropper and see how you feel. If you do not feel any different, do not become discouraged, it simply means you require a bit more. This is a good time to begin to increase your dose by a quarter of a dropper until you feel comforted, relaxed and pain free. Depending on the condition you are seeking relief from, it may take only a few doses or up to several weeks of consistent use to see optimal results. Please refer to the chart below. It is helpful to keep a journal or mental note of what dose/mg worked best for you for daytime and nighttime. You may find that at night you require a little more to fall asleep and stay asleep. Also remember each brand and product is dosed differently. Some are dosed by the drop or by the spray, where Charolette’s Web oils are dosed by the dropper.
