As a dietary supplement, adults take three (3) tablets, up to two (2) times daily in the presence of seasonal airborne allergens or, three (3) tablets daily year-round. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.

I can't begin to explain how much I love this product. I have suffered from seasonal allergies for as long as I can remember and, at one point in time, was taking several prescription allergy medications while receiving monthly allergy shots from my doctor. To say my allergies were terrible is an understatement. I was introduced to this product and was completely shocked after the first time I took it. Within 45 minutes my runny nose and watery eyes disappeared into thin air. I was amazed, but almost too amazed, so I took it again the next day because my symptoms were back (as usual) and this was all it took. I usually take this product only once per day when my allergies are present. On occasion I have taken it twice per day if it is a really bad day. I now have bottles at work, at home, and in my car. I won't be caught without it and have tossed all of my Claritin and Flonase away.
